Job Description
Role in F & B Department- Receiving Clerk (Hotel Experience Required)
ABOUT THE FUNCTION
This function is to ensure efficient management of Receiving sections and Inventory Control of F&B Storerooms to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Standards. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our brand, by delighting them from welcome until farewell.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge of a third language preferable
- Must have the ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Interpersonal with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Customer service orientation
- High School Diploma or higher qualification is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel
- Knowledge of ERP / Opera system and Inventory
- Listening and Oral Skills
